In the comfort of his own den, the leader was quite certain he could decide what would become of Philomena. Certainly, she would have to recieve a warrior name before the kits came, otherwise they would honestly be scorned and rejected as Clan kits. The tom had requested for Philomena to enter his den awhile ago, and her delayal was wasting the leader's time. However, not an impatient cat, his annoyance did not break through his passive expression. Golden gaze fixed on the enterance, and tail curled around his paws, the tom relaxed a bit more, his eyelids dropping in a lazy way. Not that any cat could deny, even when he was in such a withdrawn state, that he could be fierce and sharp. At last, he noticed a shadow flicker from the enterance of his den. The tom sat up, in a practiced posture.

Philomena walked into the den, there she could see Lightstar looking around. She had to be woken up from a nap and had to clean herself, she was late but he would most likely understand way she was late. Her blue eyes looked around the den, she missed the beach and the sound of the waves but RiverClan had a river and that's all see needed. So far living in RiverClan had been strange like you got to name your kit, you didn't fight foxes, and there were less cats in a clan, it had been hard getting used to all of this even her voice was different from theirs, but she had a home and that was better than being a loner. "Lightstar, you wanted to see me?" She asked sitting on the ground.

The tom nodded and flicked his tail at Philomena. "As you know, cats in a Clan have Clan names. Divided into two parts, the first part you recieve at birth, usually something descriptive or a reminder of another cat's honor. For example, myself being 'Light' and our Medicine Cat being known as 'Dawn' you see. " He paused for a moment, allowing the knowledge to register. Giving a quick lick to his paw, the tom continued, "The second part is 'Kit' when you are born, and at your sixth moon of age it turns too 'Paw' for being an apprentice. Apprentices train with an assigned Warrior called a mentor, until they are ready to become warriors themselves. This usually happens during their fifth season (12-15 moons) of life." He took a break once more, grooming his chest a little, and then looking back up at her to finish. "When you become a warrior, your name is finished. Unless, in my case as such, you become a leader and the last part changes to 'Star' in honor of our ancestors. 'Lightstorm' used to be my name." He finished off his speech, and waited for Philomena's reaction. She could figure out for herself what the point of the lecture was.

"So your saying that my kits can't have a Storm Climber name and my name has to be change." She said looking at the tom. "Lightstar, do you know what Philomena means? It means lover of the moon, having time at your side like my father would say. I will make my kits have clan names but they will have Storm Climbers names because they are full Stormer but that will still have kit names I understand. But what will my warrior name be...?" She asked looking at the ground this time thinking of the warm beaches.

"So I have heard... do you not look at the moon at night, to remember than cats from everywhere look at the same moon? Even if our ancestors are different, the moon is constant." He closed his eyes, imagining the silver light as it appeared on the night of gathers. One with be soon, for sure, but Philomena would not have the experience if she was having kits. Although, he had already decided at some point that brining an outsider to the Gathering before she learned Clan ways would be a foolish descision anyway. "You, from this moment and foreward, will be known by a Clan name. May StarClan watch over you and protect your path from this day and until you walk with them..." He took a deep breath, a usual practice to keep the cats on edge. The tom's golden eyes slowly opened as he finished the sentence; "Driftingstorm."

(ooc: Loststorm represents the fact that she used to be a stormer, and no. Moon is something sacred to the warriors. I asked if you had a preference earlier, and you said you didn't so that was it.)

((Sure ok I don't really care it's just the lost part.)) Driftingstorm looked up at Lightstar, her blue eyes were dry. She turned to him, he eyes show that she was grateful but her heart was hurting. She could smell Seth standing right next to her, she turned to nothing. He must be having a dream and be seeing me right now, she could just see him smiling at her. She could feel her kits kick inside of her, they must be happy for her. "Thank-you Lightstar, but just one thing. Why did you let me join RiverClan and not kill me like the Storm Climbers would. I am not the most skillful cat, I was going to be made a Night Breather (cat that runs from the battle for back-up). This is all new for me I don't know if I will get used to being a warrior not a Night Breather. Good-bye Lightstar, have peaceful dreams." She said walking out of the den out to the clearing.

(ooc: Mmkay, I changed it to Driftingstorm... hows that?)
"It is the pride of a warrior to only kill when necessary, although ShadowClan may have broken this many times, RiverClan are always loyal to our ancestors' ways." The tom stood up, ready to see her off if needed. However, he understood that her family had different customs, seperate fighters, seperate hunters, and probably many other jobs. "Warriors are ready to perform the duties that the Clan needs, reguardless of what it is. I trust that you will find your own talents, Driftingstorm." He flicked his tail, as if to dismiss her, before noticing that the she-cat had already been walking out. His ears flattened in slight frusteration. It would take a bit of work to change the cat into a true warrior, but he knew that it would be possible. He would have to get Tinyfang to teach her.

((Thanks.))
Driftingstorm looked around camp, she could still hear Lightstar and what he said, she did have very good hearing. Yes she would have to find her own talents, her running was swift and easy. She walked into the warriors den to realize that she had to go to the nursery. Her belly was full of kits and they would come any day now. She now was lying down in the soft moss waiting for sleep to come to her then she could meet Seth and tell him the great news.
