ugh...I know this sounds awful, especially since I just got back, but I'm leaving tomorrow morning (actually it would be THIS morning seeing as it's past midnight and I'm not done packing but WHATEVER) for Mexico!! WOOT!! I'm really excited, going on a mission trip with my church, and I won't be back until Easter Sunday. So...as excited as I am, it also means I won't be getting online for the next week. I'm really sorry!! I'll miss you guys a lot!! But I'll tell you all about it when I get back, I promise. And I'll be keeping a journal, so you can expect some writings from me on my experiences there. We'll be in the middle of the desert helping a tiny village learn about God. It's pretty cool.
Bye all!! Miss you!! Happy Easter!
p.s. After this mission trip, I'm back for good. No more unexplained absences, I promise. Forgive me, Alex.

wowww it was amazing. I don't even know how to describe it. Let's just say...my life has been changed forever. No joke. I will never forget those people in that tiny little village. Who knew that a group of kids I met for a week would impact me so much that I stay awake at night because I miss them so much?

Yeah...there was this little girl named Eliana and I miss her more than anyone. She was attached to me all week. And the only way I could get her to let go of me was to keep promising over and over and over that I would come back next year. Which I am, by the way. Nothing can keep me away. She was crying, which made me start crying, and then she and a few of the other kids were running after the van as we pulled away. It was the saddest, most moving scene I've ever seen. I miss them a lot...
