Description: Shadow is a small black kit with grey-blue eyes. He has a short tail and large paws on the end of very short legs. His ears are short, as is his muzzle. Other than a tiny gray splotch on his underbelly, his pelt is pure black in color.
Personality: Shadow is mischievous, but knows when to stop. He never goes too far with anything, unless no one is watching. The tiny tom loves getting into trouble, and loves to explore. He wanders away from home constantly, dragging his sister with him even on the most dangerous journeys. Such journeys usually end in his mother having to find them both.
History: Shadow was born to Daisy, his mother, and Felix, his father. Both are kittypets, and live next to each other. Shadow was born in a litter of two, him and his sister, Snow. Their housefolk are authors, writing books about their cats' lives, and when two more were brought into their home, they were thrilled. Often, Shadow is mentioned in such books.
Only a few months after he was born, Shadow wandered away. He was found weeks later under a neighbor's garage, where the tom had dug his way into. He tends to stay away from such places, but continues to explore.

Description: Snow is a white she-kit with light blue-gray eyes. Her paws are large, but her legs are short. She has a tiny pink nose, and a short tail with a tiny gray splotch on the tip.
Personality: Snow is the mellow one of the litter of two. She hates play-fights and loves to be brushed by her housefolk. The white she-kit is like her mother in both personality and appearance; both are white, and both tend to stay out of the way. Aside from the occasional jibe towards her brother, Shadow, she prefers to live the easy life, and hates the outdoors.
History: Snow was born to Daisy and Felix, two neighboring kittypets. Her brother, Shadow, is her only littermate. The two grew up together, and have stayed inseperable until recently, when her brother wanders further and further from home. Though she doesn't understand why, she does her best to keep him out of harm's way, even if they're only kits. When Shadow first escaped, she was the one who first noticed, and told their mother. The calm she-kit always thinks things through, and respects her brother's wishes.
