&. they call me
runningkit - RUNNINGPAW - runningfang
&. i've hung around for 10 moons
&. recognized as a tom
&. i stick with it in windclan
&. moving up the line apprentice
&. you'll know me by this small albino tom cat
built like a kitten, for sure, he's already reached his full size at the shoulder of an average warrior. while he's big enough to be able, he's small enough to have little strength. runningpaw's muscles are slick and all-purpose for speed, nothing left to fight. he can't train much, leaving him looking clean and weak as if the smallest gust could blow him away. fur of jet white with hints of pink here and there and his veins quite visible under the thin layer of fluff. you could hardly call it a pelt, you know the tom takes the hit in cold weather. his eyes are red, nothing surprising for a cat who has so many other problems.
&. just a little confirmation there he doesn't get along with those who act like him, which may seem odd. happy-go-lucky and optomistic, he tries to do the best he can to make himself strong even under the circumstances. however, he's very self-conscious and hates to be pitied for being albino. this is what draws him to the outcasts of the clan, the cats who are less social and don't get along with others. surprisingly, he can easily bring out a purr from other cats, but even if he spills his own problems the tom rambles so much that no one seems to understand. thats a bad habit, talking with no punctuation, but it seems to also be one of runninpaw's hobbies. he wants to be a great help to the clan, so if he can't be a warrior he wants to at least raise some strong kits for the clan. his eyes are constantly open for that special she-cat, even at a young age he understands quite a bit about the more mature world. he makes descsions quick, to the outlooking cat but after the follow-up you can tell that he thinks his plans through. runningpaw is fast-thinking and sometimes gets ahead of himself, the only horror is he's bad at predicting what will happen after the first reaction.
&. say, everyone's got a tail runningpaw's mother was sick, always sick, which may have been why her only kit was a bad case. she had a disease that would have killed her in her young warrior days, so giving birth to a kit at an early age only made it worse. as soon as he could live without her milk the queen died. he never got to learn who his father was, and no other cat in the clan seemed to know, runningkit didn't press though. he was too focused on making the lives of others more joyous, unlike his own. he grew up quickly, and at his sixth moon he was commended an apprentice to fairfeather. the she-cat was spoiling, one of the cats who wanted to treat everyone like a kit most. runningpaw and the warrior did not get along, although she was too shallow to see how much her smothering him got on his nerves. the tom did his best, but his mentor just didn't make the cut. in the end, she ran off to be a mate to a loner and left the clan. no surprise, fairfeather had always wanted a life without harming others. runningpaw swore not to be the same and abandon the family he had, and is now waiting for the selection of his second mentor.
