Kit Name: Stormkit
Apprentice Name: Stormpaw
Warrior Name: Stormeyes
Clan: Thunderclan
Age: 3 and a half years [42 moons]
Gender: Tom
Personality:
Stormeyes is a calm, collected cat. He is strong, and valiant, but he is rash at times. Stormeyes is a caring cat, and will help other’s in need. He is slightly sarcastic, and bitter towards other cats, only because they don’t like him, because of his empty seeming black eyes. Stormeyes always tries to make a good impression, and he is helpful, and if all other cats are on patrol or hunting, he shall do jobs around camp, like cleaning out the elders den, checking elders for ticks, and even tell kits of his adventures of when he was younger.
Stormeyes is great around kits, and younger cats, getting on well with them. Stormeyes has always wanted kits of his own, to tell them of his adventures, and one of his ambitions is to become leader for his kits, and lead Thunderclan. Stormeyes was a bit of a loner when he was younger, his father never came forward, but he was in Thunderclan, and his mother was a rogue, and killed Stormeyes’ siblings. Stormeyes does not feel anything towards cats that could be his family, unless it is a she-cat who wishes to be his mate, and he’s always liked a few she-cats in his clan.
Stormeyes is a brave warrior, and will protect kits even if they are not in his own clan, because, that is what the warrior code states. Stormeyes does have a dark side though, and in battle, he will block out all thoughts except to win, but win without killing any other cats
Description:
Stormeyes has the strangest eye colour any cat remembers. They are almost pure brown, seemingly like holes in his head, and they appear to show no emotion. Stormeyes has a strange shaped mark on his right eye, almost a blueish hue, but generally unnoticeable.. Stormeyes is a large tomcat, with a long tail, and large ears that serve their purpose greatly.
Stormeyes’ pelt colour is black and white, but, as there are no apparent black and white cats in Thunderclan, Stormeyes believes he got his pelt colour from his mother, but he has never met her before. Stormeyes has a big strong build, and across his face is a horrendous scar that narrowly misses his left eye by half a mouse-tail.
Stormeyes, when stood up, is about the same size as a fox, and from his nose to his tail, he is one and a bit fox-lengths. Stormeyes takes pride in his size, but says it is tedious when stalking, but great for when over-powering other cats in battle, or, when he was younger, play.
History:
Stormeyes was not born inside Thunderclan. All he knows is that his father is in Thunderclan; his mother was a vicious rogue who scarred each of her kits. He had one sister, who his mother killed. His mother gave him a terrible scar on his face, and abandoned him, not giving him a second thought, then went off looking for other toms to use and abuse.
A duo of cats found Stormkit on the edge of death, an apprentice and her mentor. The apprentice, Newpaw, saw the little kit, and picked him up, taking him to her mentor, Flamingstar. Flamingstar and Newpaw ran back to camp with Stormkit, their medicine cat, Badgerfeet, put spider webs on his face to stem the bleeding.
Stormkit was then raised by a she-cat called Ivorytusk. Ivorytusk had lost her last kit to Blackcough, and hurriedly agreed, naming the small, fragile tom Stormkit, as he had been found when a terrible storm had been brewing.
But all was not well for kit and surrogate mother. Stormkit’s mother, along with a few other rogues, attacked, trying to claim the kit. Ivorytusk sounded the alarm, but it was the night of the gathering, so many cats were out. Five elders, two queens, three apprentices and single warrior fought to protect Stormkit. All but one rogue survived, Stormkit’s mother, who fled halfway through the fighting, but making sure she killed Ivorytusk first. Stormkit wailed as he watched the cat that he thought was his mother die, her beautiful ivory pelt stained with blood.
Stormkit stayed by his mother’s side, waiting for her to wake up. He was sure that this was a joke, but the elders and single queen told him when a cat must leave the land, then Starclan comes to claim them. Stormkit was devastated, he remained by her side until the next day, saying his last goodbye to his mother, and he remembered what she had last said to him. “Stormkit, don’t worry, you’ll be fine…” She’d said that just before her heavy, rugged breathing had stopped.
Two moons later, after being raised by the second queen, Stormkit became Stormpaw, and started his training under Newpelt. Flamingstar had died, and his deputy, Shootingflight, was now Shootingstar. Shootingstar chose Ionclaw to be his next deputy. Stormkit was happy for Newpelt; her mate was now the deputy. Stormpaw trained hard under the she-cat for six moons, until his mother returned for more.
Stormpaw was now a year old, and he, Newpelt, and several other cats were on border and hunting patrols. They heard a young she-cats yowl, and several different patrols raced over. There lay the she-cat, and Stormpaw’s real mother standing over her body, blood dripping from her mouth.
Stormpaw’s mother had apparently had a lot of kits, for there, behind her, stood litters and their rogue fathers. The kits all ran away, no one knows what happened, and the six patrols chased off Stormpaw’s mother’s gang.
Stormpaw never heard of her again, except when he found one of the kits. Stormpaw said he would not hurt a kit, especially kin. The she-cat slowly walked out of her hiding place, along with a few other kits. Stormpaw led them back to Thunderclan camp, begging Shootingstar to take them in. Shootingstar was rather reluctant at first. They were Stormpaw’s kin, yes, but their mother would want them back, and she would kill to get them.
However, Shootingstar agreed, and then named Stormpaw as Stormeyes. Stormeyes’ mother never returned for her kits, believing them all to be dead by Stormeyes’ claws.
Stormeyes received his first apprentice when he was 20 moons. This apprentice was called Stonepaw. She was a happy creature, and Stormeyes became attached to her, but one day, she went missing. Apparently, Stormeyes’ mother was still having kits, and Stonepaw was stolen by the rogue group, and forcing her to stay, or she would die. Stormeyes’ went out looking for her when he was 27 moons, and he found her. She was on heat, and she begged him to make her bear his kits. He reluctantly agreed, and Stonepaw thanked him, until she had been called away.
Stormeyes knows he has kits out there, but Stonepaw was stolen, so his kits are not in his clan, and there was nothing he could do about it.
Stormeyes received his second apprentice, she had been Shootingstar’s apprentice until he died, and Ionstar said that Stormeyes was to be her mentor. He was 30 moons now, and trained Nightpaw until she became a warrior.
At the age of 32 moons, he witnessed Ionstar’s death, by a Shadowclan cat. Patchface became deputy, and Stormeyes was angry at first when Robinleaf had been made deputy, but he understands why.
Stormeyes had a third apprentice, Rookpaw, and he raised her until she was a warrior.
Stormeyes was now 40 moons. He had no apprentice, he had no mate, and he was not deputy. Stormeyes couldn’t be more bored.
Roleplay Sample: See Crowstar in the Shadowclan thingy.
