Shadeclaw sighed, "You've told that you want to return, yet, my answer remains the same. You are going to leave, even if you are innocent. Because we want the Clan safe."
He blinked snow from his eyes, and waved his tail, "Now, you're making this much more difficult then it has to be. Just turn around, and walk. You'll be able to find another home, and we'll know that we won't be bothered."
Shadeclaw took a few steps toward her, until he was just a tail length away from her face. He swallowed, as the gash in his side stung against his movement and the snow. "You're not going to be able to beat me, Forestsong. Just go, and stop hurting yourself."

A defeated look came onto Forestsong's face, and her eyes clouded with sadness. As much as she wanted to continue on with this argument, she thought that it would be no use. "I can see that you wont change your mind. I will leave." She turned in the direction of the Twoleg farm and began to walk off slowly, as if she was reluctant to leave.
Forestsong pictured herself near the Twoleg farm, as the day waned and the night came. She pictured herself nearly asleep, wondering if it would be one of those sleeps that seemed to pass in an instant, or, if her dreams would be haunted by nightmares, as they often have in the past. Or, perhaps, she would dream about happier things. Maybe, before she fell asleep, she would think about the memories of her times in ShadowClan .
The memories that she clung onto from her time in ShadowClan were so precious, but she felt as if her old life was becoming more distant from her. Whenever she was at the ShadowClan border, she felt like her home was so close, but at the same time, she got the feeling that her home in ShadowClan was unreachable to her.
Forestsong continued to walk away from the ShadowClan border, her sadness growing with each step. Will I ever get to return to ShadowClan? [/size][/blockquote] |

Shadeclaw narrowed his eyes, and watched Forestsong walk away. His tail swayed back and forth, and when she finally disappeared in the snowy clouds drifting from the sky, he moved. As first he took a few steps forward, and looked at the snow. The prints from her paws showed that she had gone straight, and not turned around.
Shadeclaw nodded to himself, then set a few scent markers along the border. Once he was satisfied, he turned, and started to trot through the snow back toward the camp.
I wonder if she'll come back... Hm, well, at least she knows not the mess with us. I think she'll stay away for now. But knowing Forestsong... She might try something. I'll tell everyone to be on the lookout.
Shadeclaw swerved around a tree, and flinched as the wound in his side throbbed with his movement. Moonfang should probably take a look at that... He rounded another tree, and the camp came into view.

Foxeyes brushed past on her way for some hunting. " you'd better take care of that, you look dead on your feet." She mewed.
