SilentStripe walked out of the Warriors den with a tired expression across his face. Opening his mouth to yawn his tongue was fully visible to those awake at this hour yet surprisingly enough it wasn't bleeding. The herbs MoonFang had given him the night before must of done their job. The ShadowClan deputy nodded to all of those who were awake; He didn't see HawkShadow and frowned checking back in the warriors den he puffed.
Guess it's just me and ClawEar then...
The deputy moved his way through the camp grabbing something from the fresh-kill pile for himself; as he began to turn away he turned back once more and moved back grabbing another mouse in his mouth and began padding slowly towards the medicine cats den. At the entrance he dropped one of the mice and then moved on to enter. Approached ClawEar he laid down the remaining mouse and prodded the she-cat's shoulder with his forepaw.
"Wake up ClawEar, Less you want your name to be changed to TiredEyes. We leave for patrol in ten minutes. I can't find HawkShadow; So it's just me and you. I brought you a mouse. Eat it quickly and then meet me outside."
The dark tom turned and headed out of the medicine cats den and dropped down on all fours before his meal and began to devour it. Examining the camp he allowed a smile to spill across his face as he realize how lucky he was to have returned and to reach the Deputy position. He silently thanks both StarClan and CrowStar before turning back to his meal.
Once he was finished he quickly buried the remains and then sat patiently awaiting ClawEar.

Clawear felt a prodding paw on her stomach. She blinked as she listened to Silentstripe.
"Okay, thanks." Clawear said right before she yawned.
She ate the mouse quickly and swiped her tongue around her mouth before she got up. Clawear got up on all fours and looked at Silentstripe.
"Ready when you are." She said happily.

Hawkshadow walked towards the fresh-kill pile after making dirt. "Good morning Silentstripe." he said before choosing a peice of prey to devour himself.

SilentStripe nodded to ClawEar as she stepped out before him. The deputy standing on all fours turned to lead the way out of the camp once HawkShadow appeared. The deputy was ready to scowl at the feline yet stopped himself short and nodded.
"Your with us this morning HawkShadow; Come on. Were going somewhere special. Keep it quiet and lets get moving.
SilentStripe quickly moved out of the camp; Not waiting for HawkShadow to finish his meal. He came late; so he could go hungry. The deputy waited for a moment outside of the camp for the two ShadowClan cats to appear behind him. His patience wearing short if they could not stay with him quickly.
"Hurry up you two, We haven't much time."
His twisted tongue rolled out and swiped across his muzzle quickly; No blood this time as he purred eagerly ready to go somewhere.

Swallowing quickly the rest of his meal Hewkshadow sprinted after Silentstripe.

Clawear quickly sprinted after Silentstripe. She was not going to be left behind. This was going to be one of the few times she would get to go out of camp for a while.
"Where are we going?" She said curiously.
She turned to look at her mate. He showed up after all.

SilentStripe moved quickly once the trio had gathered; His paws pounding against the soft soil beneath them as he charged forward. ClawEar; Pregnant or not would have to keep up with the two other warriors. The ShadowClan deputy had told ClawEar last night that he would take her no where near ThunderPath yet that is exactly where they were headed.
SilentStripes age seemed to not get to him as he charged furiously through the trees; The pungent odor of ThunderPath rushed into the groups nostrils. SilentStripes nose cringed at the acidic smell. It seemed he should be used to it by now but even after all his moons of life; He still couldn't stand the two-leg pollution.
"You'll see when we get their; Keep your head on the patrol. Tell me if you see, hear, or smell any cat besides ourselves. Keep up you two; Time is wasting!"
The deputy spat to the ground and then continued his run until ThunerPath had been revealed to them. A giant monster roared by and made a horrid screech to another that was going much slower in front of it.
"Stick to the edge and keep low. I'll take the lead; ClawEar your behind me; HawkShadow you take up the end. I don't want to risk losing those unborn kits."
The massive tom continued quickly across ThunderPath; Hoping the two cats would keep up. He couldn't stop to check on them for it took all his senses to keep his presence unseen to the monsters that roared past.

The Thunderpath? Why are we here?! He didn't want me here in the first place! Clawear thought.
Although she was pregnant, she was able to keep up without hurting herself. The horrible stench of a monster filled her nose. She sprinted across the path hard on Silentstripe's paws. She had no time to make sure Hawkshadow was okay. Resisting the urge to look behind her, Clawear ran on.

Where was Silentstripe taking them?, thought Hawkshadow as he padded along after his mate.
"Are you okay?" he asked.
He sped up as the deputy got nearer and nearer to the Thunderpath. Didn't he say that he didn't want Clawear on the Thunderpath or anywhere near it? He sighed. He guessed the deputy could do whatever he pleased.
