Lilykit took a deep, deep breath. She had managed to avoid all cats coming towards the Thunderclan camp, and had rolled in foxdung - much to her disgust - to hide her scent. No bloody WAY was she going back, no one would force her. But it all fell down to Dappleclaw now. Would Dappleclaw want a rogue kit for their apprentice? It was doubtful, but Lilykit had to try, she had to!
Slowly, she took a step towards the tunnel, and padded inside silently. Now the light shined upon her, and a few cats turned their heads to see the srange kit appear. A few murmurs went between the cats that were there, but Lilykit had had a vision.
"Lilykit, I want you to go to Thunderclan. Dappleclaw has no apprentice. Say I sent you in a dream, but don't say of your origins. Tell them of your mother, Silverwing, and even though she left, you grew in hatred towards you clan, and left." Longfeather purred at the kit.
"I promise I will Longfeather..." The kit sniffled. "I miss you so much! And... Why did you choose Dawnpaw? Y-you said I w-was go-gonna be yo-your apprentice!" The tiny kit bawled, tears streaming from her pretty pink eyes. Longfeather nodded, and sighed.
"She was so persistant, and Brightstar said so. I couldn't go against the word of a leader..." Longfeather let out a harsh sigh. "I'm sorry Lilykit..."
And as soon as it had started, it was over in a flash. She cautiously trotted forward, and then, she stopped, in the centre of the camp. She coughed, curling her tail around her legs in fright.
"I... I wish to speak to your leader and medicine cat!" She mewled, closing her eyes tight, and looking down at the floor. She was so scared, but, she didn't smell of any clan, so hopefully, and as she was a kit, she would be kept. Now she needed to tell Dappleclaw about Longfeather.

Silverstorm padded out of the leader's den exhausted after a night of mourning. A kit!, she thought, What is the poor little scrap doing out here? "Hello, what is your name?" she asked tentatively.

Leopardpaw smelled a RiverClan kit come into ThunderClan camp, why was that thing in here with all of us, the better clan. Snarling at the kit to smell Silverstorm right next to the kit. Looking where his leader was at his leader he went back to his den not to look at the kit be see what she was talking about with his leader.

Lilykit cautiously looked around, her eyes staring at the warriors fearfully. She hissed at Leopardpaw - stuck up brat, and then turned to Silverstorm.
"Is Dovestar and Dappleclaw around?" She asked, before realising. "Oh... You're the leader now." The kit said, looking up at Silverstorm. "My name is Lilykit. My mother was a Thunderclanner and Longfeather told me to come here. Her name was Silverwing, do you know her?" Lilykit asked the leader, her pink eyes looking up at her. |

Silverstorm thought back sullenly. She remembered Silverwing. She missed her. "Then you have a rightful place in Thunderclan. You may stay if you like but now this is your clan no matter what. We'll hold your apprentice ceremony after I get my nine lives. But for now, you look horrible. Let's get you a place within the apprentice den." she said, flicking her tail for Lilykit to follow her.

"Longfeather sent me to speak with Dappleclaw too." The kit said to Silverstorm. "Althought I am not a pure Thunderclanner, I had wished to be a medicine cat aprentice... But another cat took my place before I was old enough. I would like to talk to Dappleclaw." Lilykit said, looking up at Silverstorm.

Leopardpaw could not believe that his leader let this RiverClan cat in here. For all we could know is that she is a spy, telling her lower clan about us.
"Roseheart I can not believe that Silverstorm let that kit in here!" he yelled.

Silverstorm whirled on the apprentice. "You are lucky you don't ahve a mentor. because helping kits is part of the warrior code as is and I quote, 'the leader's word is law'!" she growled.

Leopardpaw looked at his leader.
"Fine, but if RiverClan comes and tries to kills us it is your fault!" He yelled.
Walking away, he knew that this kit wanted something. But what did she want with ThunderClan? Back at the apprentice den he could tell that Lilykit wanted something. What did she need Dappleclaw. Then it hit him, she wanted to become ThunderClan's medicine cat apprentice! Dawnpaw was just made RiverClan medicine cat apprentice, and Lilykit wanted to be Longfeather apprentice but Dawnpaw got the job. So that's why she came here.

Lilykit said something to Silverstorm, and walked over to Leopardpaw. "Listen. I left Riverclan because I had nothing left. My parents are dead, and my brother joined Starclan last night. Longfeather was going to choose me as his apprentice, but Brightstar made him take on Dawnpaw. Longfeather said I had something special about me, something that not many cats have," Lilykit said. "I know a lot of things for my age. I'm also quite empathic, and Starclan has given me a few propehcies in only five moons of my life..." Lilykit sighed. "I told Lightstar I was leaving. He didn't try to stop me..." The kit continued. "Riverclan won't bother you."

"Lilykit, I can't believe that I'm saying this but your a smart kit and I would like it that you were medicine cat apprentice for our clan." He said.

"Roseheart, will you please escort Lilykit to the medicine cat den please?" Silverstorm asked. As roseheart passed by she whispered in her ear, "Keep and eye on her. Kit or not be inconspicuous and don't let her out of your sight."
Silverstorm went to the Great Rock and yowled, "Are there any volunteers to protect the camp while I get my nine lives?"

Stormeyes stepped forward. "I will stay behind Silverstorm." He yowled, looking around camp, flicking his tail. He knew Brokensoul wished to go, but she stepped forward too.
"I will stay with Stormeyes to protect the camp Silverstorm." The old she-cat purred, her eyes unblinking as she looked up at her leader.
