Tornface looked around, he was on his first hunting patrol sense he lost his memory. He was remade an apprentice when he was just made a warrior. Almost skipping he went to the front of the patrol with the lead cat that made this patrol. Soon he saw a animal, so brown and furry. Looking at the cats in his group he needed to know what hunting was and what animal that was.
" What is hunting and what is the name of that animal?" He asked tilting his scared neck to a side.

Falconheart's eyes narrowed at Tornface. This cat was on her last nerve.
"That-" she said, flicking her tail at the rabbit now scurrying away. "Is a rabbit. That was also someone's dinner."
The brown she-cat skewered him with her copper gaze.
"And hunting is like this."
The she-cat was a blur of brown and copper when she chased after the rabbit Tornface scared off and killed it.
"That, Tornface, is hunting."
She dropped the rabbit at his feet and glared.

Tornface looked as Falconheart hunted that rabbit and showed him how to hunt WindClan style. He glance from the rabbit to Falconheart he needed to learn how to do that. Walking up to the she cat he wanted to know how to hunt a rabbit and other prey.
"So you mostly just chase the rabbit than bite the neck or claw it to death?" He asked tilting his head to a side.

Falconheart looked at Tornface.
"Well, you should chase the rabbit if it sees you and runs off. But to you pounce to grab it before it has the chance to run. Rabbits see you a lot, so you should be ready to run after it. That's why we're so speedy. But no, don't claw it to death. A swift bite to the neck will suffice."
She crouched and sprang after a rabbit. It bolted, but Falconheart was faster, and the rabbit was soon dead in her jaws.
"See?"

Tornface looked again at Falconheart, wow it was that easy.
His eyes rolled over the hill finally finding a rabbit. He crouched into a hunting position, staking the prey waiting for the right time. Yes, there was the prey just hopping around. Tornface jumped at the prey but the rabbit started running away. He chase the prey until it was right under him he gave a swift bite of the neck.
"So like that?" he asked walking back to Falconheart with the rabbit.

"Yeah. But try to pounce when it isn't directly UNDER you. Then it'll be easier." she meowed.

Amberstar emerged into the badger set. Negative energy seemed to be welling out from all the cats involved. Amberstar narrowed her eyes at Falconheart.
"What is going on here?" Amberstar meowed with suspicion.

Tornface looked behind him to see Amberstar narrowing her eyes at Falconheart, what did she do?
"Oh, hi Amberstar. Falconheart was just showing me how to hunt correctly. She is a really good teacher in hunting." Said Tornface still with the rabbit in his mouth.
