Silentbreeze padded out into the RiverClan camp clearing. It was a cold leaf-bare day. Luckily the wind wasn't that strong today.
The she-cat stretched out her muscles that had been bunched up all night trying to keep warm. The weak sun shined on the orange tabby, making her pelt shine.
Silentbreeze looked around the camp. Deserted. It seemed like no one was ever in camp any more. Only a few cats. The feeling of a deserted camp made her shiver. What if when she had her kits, an enemy Clan attacked and no one was around?
The thought of her kits made her think of her mate, Flamefur. How would she get on without him? They had been best friends since they were apprentices. Life without him was extremely difficult and she would do anything to have him back again.
The she-cat shook away the thought quickly and started grooming herself. Don't think like that, you can get through this...somehow, the glossy cat thought scolding herself.

Pinefur sat outside of her den, her nostril's flaring in the coolness of the morning. It was fairly quiet right now, thank Starclan. So far no-one was sick.
Seeing Silentbreeze, Pinefur stood up and stretched, her black and tan fur gleaming in the early morning sun. Yawning, she padded toward Silentbreeze in the hopes of maybe sharing tongues or freshkill. She liked the other she-cat.
Pinefur padded over and sat down just as Silentbreeze began grooming herself. "Anything wrong?" Pinefur mewed, noting the strange look on the other cats face.

Silentbreeze saw Pinefur approaching. She enjoyed Pinefur's visits to RiverClan. Pinefur was a fun loving cat who wasn't prejudice to other Clans, that made her one of the nicest cats to be around.
"Oh nothing really. It's just I'm going to have my kitting soon." the she-cat softly mewed, not sharing her fears of her Clan weakening. Her leader did not approve of sharing the Clan's weaknesses with cats of other Clans.
((OOC: Umm..Pine, Silentbreeze is in RiverClan, and Pinefur is in WindClan.))

Smallclaw peered through the reeds, into the camp clearing. There was a whiff of WindClan drifting in the chilly breeze, and as he searched, he saw Pinefur, the medicine cat in WindClan. He bounded to the side of Silentbreeze, and mewed "What is she doing here? This is the middle of camp!"
Turning his amber gaze to Pinefur, he said "You should leave..." and sat down.

Silentbreeze was startled by Smallclaw rapid appearance. "She is just visiting. I think she mentioned something about talking about herb to our medicine cat. Didn't you Pinefur?" she mewed. The she-cat was fine with Pinefur, medicine cats don't share the same Clan rivalries as other cats. They are neutral.

"But why so randomly?" Longfeather meowed softly, his ears were pricked and his eyes were solemn, "You should stay with your own Clan - what if they were to need you and you were here?" He wasn't too keen on her visits. After all, he did have to pay heed to the going-ons around him eventually.
As he was saying and thinking this, he had come out of the warrior's den and had padded up to them. Sitting down close to the group of cats, he wrapped his tail neatly over his paws, eyes now calm and unreadable.

Silentbreeze didn't speak, she knew what the other cats thought of Pinefur's visits. Though the medicine cat wasn't doing any harm, or was she? The she-cat now was questioning Pinefur's visits. "Yes, why are they so random Pinefur?" the orange tabby accidentally mewed. She didn't want to start a war with WindClan over nothing.

emberpaw came over, looking ridiculous with a mouth full of several shiny artifacts. "wello, minemur!" she said with some difficulty. she spit them out on the ground. "how's windclan?" she asked inquisitively, as well as more clearly.

Silentbreeze looked to the approaching apprentice medicine cat. "Here's another." she quietly and unintended mewed into Smallclaw's ear. The she-cat shook her head. Why was she saying these things? It must be those herbs..the tabby thought to herself.

Longfeather stared blankly at Pinefur, vaguely waiting for a response. He didn't really care anymore about what she did; he liked the idea of "visitations" somewhat now that he thought about it. He knew he wanted to visit ThunderClan soon these next few moons. He glanced up at the sky casually for the flitting image of a bird as it flew overhead. One of those leaf-bare sparrows that liked to patrol the sky. Tail twitching, he glanced at Emberpaw as she approached and spoke. "Hmph," he mumbled placidly.

"I'm fine, thank you," he meowed softly with a pleasant tone. "How are you?" He had lost interest in Pinefur all together. It wasn't to be rude, but that's how he was.

"Ahh," he chuckled, making soft chuffing sounds. Longfeather's soft, honey-like voice did have the tendency to be chirpy when he wasn't careful. He flicked his tail in the direction of the shells to show that he took notice. Those he remembered, but he refused to directly glance at them. "Hmm," he mewed, "you still haven't put them in your den yet, eh?"

"Ah!" He meowed warmly, a charismatic bounce to his voice, "Well then you're already ahead of the game!" It may have been fake excitement, but he really was interested in the apprentice's affairs and the shells. Oh, how well he was at emotion! He was the master marionnettiste! Oh, and at his sickest and best play he was. He remembered then the company; he turned his attention back to Pinefur. Now to work his charm one last time for his advantage. "Pardon," he meowed sincerely, dipping his head for a dash of chivalry. The sand-colored tom hadn't been able to put on his 'mask' for a while now. How great it was to resume the full entirety of his sport.

Silentbreeze giggled at Longfeather's comment. "Well, I think those shells are beautiful, Emberpaw." she mewed. I'll have to move my shells and feathers into the nursery, Smallclaw and Longfeather can't take them then the orange she-cat reminded herself. In all of her days she had collected a variety of shells and feathers.
